Where do you deliver?

We currently directly delivery the metropolitan area of Greater Melbourne, reaching as far as Lilydale to the east, Hoppers Crossing to the west, Mernda in the North and Frankston in the south. For all other locations we relay via Interflora or our network of experienced local florists and provide them with detailed instructions regarding your order requirements.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, we provide a no fee cancellation service up to 24 hours prior to despatch. After that time there may be some cost involved with the preparation of your order and delivery charges. Phone us on 1800 137673 and we will do our best to make it right.

Can I place an order by phone?

We encourage you to place your order by phone on 1800 137673 if you have any queries or require any personal adjustments to the flowers we show on our site. Note that many of the arrangements, bouquets and vasettes contain seasonal flowers that will be substituted depending upon season. Call us if you have any concerns regarding substitution. Oh, and when you phone us, you are talking to a real florist, so we will be able to provide accurate information regarding, flower varieties, styles, suitability and attributes.

Can I place an order online?

Absolutely. This website uses an an encrypted gateway to process credit card payments. We never see your credit card details and they aren't stored with us or with our payment provider.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

When can my order be delivered?

For businesses, we will arrange a delivery between 9am - 5pm, Monday-Friday.
For residences, we will arrange a delivery between 9am - 7pm, Monday-Saturday. Deliveries for Saturday must be ordered by 11am on the working day prior.

We offer same-day delivery Monday to Friday for orders placed by 11am.

Due to the high demand of Valentine's Day delivery, we cannot provide specified timed delivery. All orders will be delivered by 5pm to businesses and by 7pm to residences.

How can I check the status of my order?

How are the flowers delivered?

We use either point to point express couriers or specialised floral couriers. For Melbourne CBD deliveries, we either walk or bike deliver (cargo bike).

What if the person I'm sending flowers to is not present at the time of delivery?

We guarantee delivery however in circumstances where the recipient is not in attendance the courier will make a determination regarding the safety of leaving the flowers at the door. If it is not considered safe to leave the flowers and we are unable to contact the recipient, they will be returned to the shop and redelivered after we have established contact. A re-delivery fee may apply.

I don’t remember my password. What do I do?

How do I make my flowers last longer?

To keep your flowers in the best condition possible, we require that bouquets and cut flowers have the stems cut 5cm from the bottom before being placed in a vase. This is not necessary for arrangements and vasettes. Instead for vasettes, we suggest replacement of the water daily. For arrangments it is recommended to top up the water daily. Consider adding a cap full of bleach to vase water to keep it sparkling. 

Where do the flowers come from?

We go to every effort to obtain the highest quality flowers available. Generally that means we obtain our flowers directly from our growers who have farms in the Dandenog Ranges and the sandbelt regtions of Melbourne. We also rely on imports for the tropical varieties. 

What are the delivery areas?

Greater Melbourne or Australia Wide using the Interflora Florist Network.

How can I earn discounts?
