DELIVERY GUARANTEE

We guarantee timely delivery of your flowers in accordance with our delivery policy. If your gift is not delivered in accordance with our policy we will contact you to obtain instructions regarding the how to proceed.

Generally, in the event of failure of delivery (due to either our or our couriers fault) we will either cancel your order and provide a refund in full or if you prefer your flowers will be delivered the following day and we will provide either a complimentary box of chocolates to accompany your order or a partial refund of $20 to the credit card used when you placed your order.

Where orders have been placed outside of the specified cut-off time, we will use our best endeavours to deliver same-day however our guarantee would not apply as same-day, rather it will apply as a next-day delivery guarantee. (next day is defined as next working day).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we cannot be responsible for non-deliveries resulting from the following circumstances

1. where the recipient is not present at the address provided within the delivery time frame; and the item(s) to be delivered can not be left in the premises for fear of theft, vandalism or extreme conditions.

2. where the address is incorrect or incomplete

3. where there is no one with the given name at the address provided

4. where no valid contact number for the recipient was provided to facilitate attempts at contacting them prior to, or at the time of delivery.

Note: Where no-one is home at the delivery address, the courier will decide whether to leave the flowers on the door step or return them to the florist store. We guarantee delivery however we cannot accept responsibilty for flowers delivered and left at an unattended address.

 

RETURN GUARANTEE

Your flowers should last at least one week however given the nature of a fresh product and the particular behaviour of certain varieties, we guarantee a minimum 5 day vase life.

Replacement Guarantee. If your flowers perish within five (5) days of the delivery date and we believe that the care instructions provided have been followed, simply return them to our store at 35 Collins Street Melbourne for an on-the-spot reinstatement, repair or replacement. (Note: Irises, violets, wired arrangements and wreaths excluded). Arrangements and bouquets will be replenished. Flowers that have failed will be removed and replaced. A copy of the order will need to be presented along with your flowers.
